About the role

APM Steam is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Technicians to service the east coast and Midwest. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for conducting steam trap surveys and performing the necessary repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical expertise and troubleshooting skills who enjoy working in a dynamic and hands-on environment.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in mechanical repair and troubleshooting
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively to client facilities, including overnight stays when necessary (50%)
• preferably with steam trap systems or in a related field
• additional technical certifications or training in mechanical systems is a plus
