About the role
As the TPM (Systems & Business Process Review), you will play a critical role in evaluating and optimizing Manufacturing Business Processes including Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Equipment & Asset Management, Manufacturing Quality, Logistics processes and relevant Business Application Systems. This role will serve as a champion of change management, working with cross-functional teams to assess existing workflows, identify business needs at scale, and recommend and lead structured improvements that enhance scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. This role requires a targeted balance of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement alongside expertise in SAP/ERP systems to ensure process optimizations are seamlessly integrated into our Business Application Systems.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Program Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading business process transformation, enterprise systems implementations, or large-scale cross-functional programs in a manufacturing, operations, or technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes, translating operational requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, including ERP, Quality Management Systems, PLM, MES, or related platforms in a manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

- SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Program Management, etc.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
- There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights.
