About the role
6+ year’s experience with Salesforce.com Certified Salesforce.com Architect/Consultant Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services Projects will be good to have Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications
What you'll bring
- 10+ years experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions
- Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation.
- Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution
- Design solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific)
- Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools
- Experience on Service Cloud is preferred
- Contact Center experience is preferred
