MACH10 is scaling nationwide, and we’re building a sales team unlike any other in the industry — one made up entirely of real car people. This isn’t a seat for a generalist closer looking to jump into the next vertical. We’re hiring lifelong automotive professionals who’ve spent a decade or more in the trade — detailers, paint specialists, shop managers, styling experts — and who now want to translate that hard-won expertise into a high-earning sales role. If you’ve run a bay, managed techs, walked customers through paint correction, and can speak fluently about ceramic coatings, prep work, and surface defects — and you’ve got the sales instincts to build genuine rapport and close — this is your seat.
What you'll bring

- Fluency in automotive paint and protection.
- You can speak credibly and in detail about paint correction, clear coats, ceramic coatings, PPF, and detailing workflows — to customers and technicians alike.
