The Project Manager is responsible for managing one or multiple commercial construction projects in the Jupiter, FL region. This role oversees all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the owner, architect, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring successful execution in alignment with CPPI’s standards and core values.
What you'll bring
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or construction management role.
- Experience in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project timelines simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-directed, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and construction/project management software (e.g., Procore or similar).
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
