About the role

The South Florida team is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to be based out of our Jupiter office. The Project Manager, Healthcare Commercial Construction is responsible for leading assigned healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CPPI's quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving collaboration and resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll bring

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university.
• 5 years as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction project management.
• Experience with healthcare commercial construction
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects.
• Experience in compiling and following strict budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate and precise attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented and organized leadership.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry.
