About the role
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and growth-minded individual to join our team as a Compliance Professional 2. In this role, you will help drive compliance program innovation through data analytics, dashboard development, process improvement, automation, and technology adoption. This role will report a Director of Compliance. This role will not have domestic travel. This role is an individual contributor. This role will be hybrid office from the Louisville, KY Waterside building.
What you'll bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leaders at multiple organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, quality, or risk management
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and SQL
- experience with Excel, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience working with Databricks-hosted data sources, including data exploration, SQL-based querying, data validation, and supporting reporting and analytics solutions
- Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field)
- Experience developing workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms
- Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity, automate business processes, analyze data, or support decision-making
