About the role
As a Welder at New Flyer in Shepherdsville, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our production processes.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a Welder
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Strong knowledge of TIG welding
- Ability to operate welding equipment and tools effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform welding tasks and lift heavy materials.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Standard Hours: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 am - 5:30 pm
- preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
