About the role
As a CBRE | T&T Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for monitoring individual, multi-disciplined construction projects as well as larger programs consisting of repeatable scopes across multiple locations for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery and with the oversight of a Sr. Project Manager. This includes managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Individual projects will typically be valued at under $500,000 with full programs being valued at 2,000,000 to 5,000,000. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. This is a remote position with some travel.
What you'll bring
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
- Financial forecasting and reporting experience are beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
- Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
