Client: Direct Client My Client is seeking a student assistant for Oncology Research Unit to join their Immuno-Pharmacology drug discovery team.
What you'll bring
- The candidate will be involved in the performance of routine in vitro assays (ELISAs, Westerns, etc...), cell based-assays, flow cytometry, as well as supporting in vivo studies under direction and supervision of a scientist.
- In addition he/she will be making buffers, reagent solutions, conducting cell/tissue culture, checking inventory and ordering lab supplies.
- The candidate should be at least 2 years away from graduation and have at least one year experience in biology- or immunology-related field.
- The candidate must have strong research ethic, be self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Good communication and organizational skills are essential.
