About the role
Title: Network Technician - B 4 - 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING: HM is looking for candidates who have had some longevity with previous positions. They need to have customer service experience as they will be talking on the phone. Ideal candidates will have training on all PC Gear to include Bluecoat, F5, Visual and ITSM. Please be sure that candidates know network terms that are listed on their resumes, the HM will ask about them.
What you'll bring
- Three (3) to six (6) months of specialized technical courses in communications technology's typically provided by vendors, technical societies, or equivalent experience.
- Associates Degree Minimum, prefer Computer Science or technology area or telecommunications science business minor.
