Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Serve as a subject matter expert for the account management team.
What you'll bring
- 5 + years of account management experience, or 7 + years in the insurance industry
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Required active licensing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
