What you'll bring

• ·          Experience: 2–3 years in sanitation leadership within food processing (USDA/FDA environment required).
• ·           Sanitation Knowledg e: Strong understanding of GMPs, SSOPs, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and chemical handling.
• ·          Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.
• ·          Adaptability: Willingness to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and in all plant conditions (hot, cold, wet, loud).
• Key Competencies for Success
• ·          Bilingual Preferred: English and Spanish.
