What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years’ technical experience
- Master’s degree plus 5 years’ experience
- PhD plus 0 years’ experience.
- IT system ownership and system implementation experience
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and design teams spread across the globe.
- 2+ year of experience leading project teams and/or stakeholder management in a cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights that drive the business forward.
- Determines and develops approach and solutions to problems.
- Fluent in English as AbbVie’s designated global business language.
- Experience with external inspection teams to facilitate audits, collaborate to provide documentation, and address findings related to business applications.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools and automation to support business process improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making including working with business partners to create prototypes and dashboards on the fly.
