About the role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support our paid acquisition efforts and grow alongside the brand. This role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who is curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn hands-on in an in-house environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of E-Commerce and external partners (when applicable) to help manage campaigns, track performance, and assist with testing and optimization across channels.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads (even at a basic level)
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, TikTok ads, and Klaviyo
- Experience supporting e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Basic understanding of paid media metrics and testing concepts
