About the role

Hussle is hiring an Onboarding Manager to own the successful launch and implementation of new and expansion customers onto the platform. This role is responsible for turning signed contracts into fully deployed, adopted, and revenue-generating customers. This is not a passive project management role. This person is accountable for speed to launch, quality of implementation, and early-stage adoption signals that directly impact retention and expansion.

What you'll bring

• Customer Implementation & Launch Ownership
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from contract signature through launch
• Define and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive customers to launch within defined timeframes (typically 30–90 days)
• Ensure all core components are configured: branding, content structure, integrations, user provisioning
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership
• Sales (handoff + expectations)
• Product / Engineering (integrations, builds, timelines)
• Customer Success (post-launch ownership)
• Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers
• Maintain clear communication internally and externally
• Adoption-Focused Onboarding Strategy
