About the role
Access Services is seeking a caring, patient, and compassionate DSP (Direct Support Professionals) for Part-Time opportunities to support individuals in the Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne, Fairless Hills, and Bristol areas. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy helping others and are comfortable with providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults with developmental disabilities and autism in living meaningful, fulfilling lives. You'll provided hands-on support both in their homes and throughout the community.
What you'll bring
- A valid US driver’s license for at least two years, not including time with permit.
- No serious traffic convictions within the past three years. (Serious convictions include, but are not limited to, DUI, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, or three or more traffic violations and/or at-fault accidents within that period).
- Vehicle must have valid registration and inspection stickers.
- Valid auto insurance.
- You will be asked to provide proof that you are a covered driver on the policy.
- One year of direct care experience working with individuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- intellectual disabilities preferred.
