About the role

NRI North America is looking for a qualified Computer Support Technician to join our professional services team that provides onsite support at school districts in Nassau County. This is a full-time opportunity that will be onsite 5 days per week and require travel between various sites throughout the day.

What you'll bring

• Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Windows and macOS environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, etc.
