We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Prep Laborer to join our excavation and dirt crew. This position is responsible for preparing job sites, assisting equipment operators, and performing general labor to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

What you'll bring

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
• Previous construction, excavation, or landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
• Skid steer operating experience is a plus.
• Experience with excavation or site preparation.
• Ability to read grade stakes or assist with grading operations.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
