About the role
McKesson is seeking a ServiceNow AI Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role will define architecture standards, guide AI strategy, and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that improve employee experiences, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes. As a senior technical leader, you will shape the future of ServiceNow AI capabilities across enterprise functions while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, compliance, and business objectives.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software engineering, enterprise applications, or technology consulting.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across multiple business domains.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or Workflow Data Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integration design, APIs, cloud technologies, and security principles.
- Experience communicating architecture strategy and technical decisions to both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or LLM-powered solutions.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model oversight, responsible AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, App Engine, or other ServiceNow product suites.
- Familiarity with TOGAF, enterprise architecture frameworks, and architecture governance practices.
- Experience supporting cloud modernization, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability initiatives.
