About the role
We are growing, and we are looking for a Credit Manager who likes to make decisions, solve problems and get things done. You will be JPC’s primary credit decision maker. You’ll manage a growing portfolio, lead a small credit team and work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology. This is not a role where you’ll spend your time building presentations and handing work off to someone else. You’ll be in the files, making decisions, talking to Sales, working through difficult credits, managing problem accounts and improving how we do things.
What you'll bring
- You have 6–10 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting or portfolio management within consumer and business lending.
- Bank or boutique - we care about the asset class, not the logo.
