About the role
This role will lead, mentor, and support Nurse Clinical Educators while advancing clinical education, improving the patient infusion journey, and strengthening engagement with nursing expert groups and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing nursing teams is essential (i.e. performance management, coaching, and recruitment
- Minimum 2 years of infusion nursing experience is essential.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire nursing teams in a field-based or geographically distributed model.
- Strong communication, presentation, education, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical information and translate it into clear, practical education for nursing and clinic audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify educational gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
- Travel required – up to approximately 40% nationally.
- Languages: English required
