About the role
The Design Requirements & Compliance Manager will be responsible to identify , track and manage changes in the design requirements. Coordinating with the Sub-program lead and Initiating the change management process with the Commercial Team. The Design Requirements & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all design deliverables and activities within the project comply with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, airport authority specifications, and applicable codes. This role acts as the primary interface between design teams, construction team (sub-program), regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and quality assurance, ensuring that all designs align with project scope, client expectations, and statutory obligations.
What you'll bring
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written in English
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Autodesk Construction Cloud, JAMA etc )
- Experience in the design-build project and/or airport construction project
- Ability to understand Technical Requirements
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and apply professional judgement and education
