• Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns.
• Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be available to work Saturdays 3:00pm to 11:00pm with flexibility to cover additional shifts as requested.
• Yardi and/or Orion experience is a plus!
