About the role
Body Engineering is looking for a highly motivated individual to work within the Craftsmanship team supporting and driving Design Quality activities related to appearance approval which is part of the PPAP process.
What you'll bring
- Generally, required 8+ years of related experience
- Automotive experience
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and hands-on quality engineering experience
- Strong Experience in Visual quality and color evaluation ( candidate needs to have the ability to see colors and the color variations)
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Experience with report writing and time management
- Experience with MS Office
- Advantageous
- Strong technical understanding of automotive processes related to job
- Proven numeracy and literacy skills, good logical reasoning, and ability to translate business plan into individual objectives for staff
- Demonstrated capability of supporting complex projects
- Must be self-motivated
