About the role
Bucks County Community College is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Director to lead financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to support institutional decision-making. The Director will also support the Budgeting function through analysis and Adaptive modeling, and reporting assistance.
What you'll bring
- : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- : 7-10 years in FP&A, accounting, or finance, with higher education experience required.
- Technical Skills
- : Advanced MS Office (Excel), Workday FIN and HRM, Workday Adaptive, Ellucian, financial reporting systems
- strong analytical and communication skills.
- Soft Skills
- : Strong business partnering mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure during peak planning periods.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
