About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Fuel Systems Field Service Technician to support our network of commercial fueling locations throughout California. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fueling equipment while ensuring our sites operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations. In addition to supporting equipment and facilities, you'll serve as a key field representative of World Fuel, working directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a field environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in field service, facilities maintenance, petroleum operations, automotive repair, HVAC, electrical maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with fueling systems, dispensers, cardlock operations, POS systems, or fuel site controls.
• Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar business applications.
