About the role
Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management. This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
