About the role
Under the supervision of the Client Services Team Leader this position is responsible for entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations. What you'll bring
- Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.)
- Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently
- Self-starter, ambitious and energetic
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent telephone and people skills
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client services environment
- Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset
- Laboratory experience considered an asset
- University Degree or a College Diploma in a related field is an asset.
- preferably in a laboratory environment.
