About the role

Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Ottawa, ON. They will help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty and retention, as well as ensure the team is providing exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
• Pest control management experience required
• Success in training, mentoring and coaching service professionals
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a route-oriented
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, provincial and local regulations
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search
• preferred but not required
