About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of managing and supporting the implementation and post-implementation of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite, utilizing best practice project management principles and applying technology to enhance government business operations.

What you'll bring

• Apply if you are a Canadian Citizen eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance level “Secret (Level I) and Bilingual in English and French
• Must have a university degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Public Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
• Professional designation in Project Management, Public Management, or Financial Management required;
• Must have experience with ERP and MUST have experience handling government projects;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the implementation of Financial Management Systems;
• An ideal candidate will have implemented 2 projects of Financial Management System in the public sector, at the national, state, or municipal levels.
• Must be eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance level “Secret (Level I)
• Strong presentation skills and experience with executive-level communications;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (should be bilingual in English and French).
