Job ID : 0002622383 Role : IT Engineer This is a Tier 2 support position with IT Network Operations and position requires 11X7 support. Tier2 personnel are also responsible for providing second level support for network equipment including routers, switches, content engines, broadband modems, Rap5s and AP105s. In addition, Tier 2 personnel will work with vendors who manage multiple carriers/LEC s for connectivity restoral and assist with managing chronic issues to permanent solution.
