About the role

Our Mortgage Processors are responsible for upholding established processes and workflows in order to assist with the production of all of WelcomeLink’s web-based products while enforcing quality standards and proper data reporting. : We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented professional to join our company as a Mortgage Processor in our residential division. This position is part of our residential division, which provides communication solutions in both print and digital formats to condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations throughout the United States and Canada.

What you'll bring

• At least two years of experience as a customer service team member or similar team environment is required.
• Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.
• Candidates must be extremely efficient and accurate.
