About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Content Ranking to join our team at Snap Inc! This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

What you'll bring

• Proven ability to develop a product strategy for content ranking and recommendation systems and translate it into a prioritized, data-driven roadmap
• Proven ability to define and analyze success metrics and input metrics for a large organization
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and align cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and beyond
• Ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company
• Passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving
