About the role
We're looking for a People & Operations Generalist to help keep Simular running smoothly as we scale.
What you'll bring
- 2-4 years of experience in People Ops, HR, office management, or a similar generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- You're organized, reliable, and comfortable owning things without a lot of hand-holding
- You have experience with payroll tools and HRIS systems
- You're good at juggling multiple priorities and keeping track of a lot of moving parts
- You're based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Exposure to multi-jurisdiction employment compliance (US + international).
