About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing or packaging production line computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in conjunction with planning and executing mechanical and electrical best practice goals, developing training to deliver a top operating system while working within the constraints and limits of a set budget. The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

What you'll bring

• Must have 5 to 10 years of related experience in a high output manufacturing or packaging facility.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System expertise
• Must be able to work off shift and weekends
• Project management and Capital project management experience preferred
