About the role

We are seeking experienced Bartenders who are equally passionate about exceptional hospitality and all beverages. This is an opportunity to be part of an opening team, helping establish the culture, standards, and guest experience that will define Ondîne from day one. Ideal candidates thrive in refined dining environments, bring real character and warmth to every interaction, and are committed to the pursuit of excellence. As a Bartender, you'll create exceptional beverage experiences while delivering the gracious, attentive hospitality that defines Ondîne. Beyond crafting classic and seasonal cocktails, you'll confidently guide guests through both our cocktail and wine offerings, make thoughtful pairing recommendations, and take a hands-on approach across every part of service, caring for guests at the bar while lending support throughout the dining room. You'll be encouraged to continue deepening your knowledge of wine, especially our French selections, as part of that role.
