About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency. This role supervises staff, monitors cleanliness, and coordinates daily housekeeping operations to maintain a welcoming and well-maintained hotel environment. What you'll bring

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Experience managing staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs.
• Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and housekeeping management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address guest and staff concerns professionally.
• preferably in a hotel environment.
