About the role
This position is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, portfolio management, and execution of initiatives that advance Medicaid program mandates and value-driving business priorities. As a member of the portfolio management team, this role helps provide visibility into divisional initiatives, supports prioritization and resource planning, evaluates business impacts, and partners with stakeholders to ensure strategic work is aligned, coordinated, and progressing toward organizational goals. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to synthesize complex information and manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large-scale business initiatives and using data to drive informed decision-making in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor Degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
- strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to accept direction and feedback
- Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
