The work location of this role is on-site, meaning it will be performed in the specified office on a full-time basis due to the business needs of the team. This role may require working evening or overnight shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM). This position is responsible for executing hardware break-fix activities, providing advanced troubleshooting support, and serving as an escalation point for contracted data center technicians. In addition to performing direct repair work, the role partners with vendors, mentors contract staff, and drives consistency in service delivery across all LinkedIn data center operations.

• 1+ years in a Data Center Engineering Role
• 1+ years of Linux troubleshooting experience
• 1+ years of server hardware troubleshooting experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years in a Data Center Engineering Role
