About the role
As a Patient Recruitment Representative, you will directly work with and contact panelists to secure their agreement to participate in clinical research studies undertaken by the company. You will screen panelists (medical history and study specific requirements), schedule, track, and adjust panelist appointments for current and future research studies. The individual must be able to provide excellent customer service and phone manner, moderate to advanced problem-solving skills, and the desire to assist teammates to achieve our overall recruiting goals. If the individual is screening panelists in-person, they must have adequate conflict resolution skills. When needing assistance, the individual must have adequate interpersonal skills to help direct teammates.

- High School degree or equivalent Required
- Minimum 1-year telecommunication experience preferable Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Preferred
- 3 years telecommunication experience Preferred
- 2 years of moderate to advanced problem-solving experience Preferred
- Project management experience Preferred
