Job Responsibilities : • Ability to maintain a clean restaurant including but not limited to sweeping & mopping floors, wiping down kitchen walls, workstations, dish pits and removing garbage. • Set up workstations with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions. • Sort and Rinse dirty dishware and place them in racks to be sent through the dish machine. • Sort and Stack clean dishware and place back in appropriate storage locations. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions when given. • Adhere to Sanitation and Food Safety standards. • Maintain dishwashing equipment, a clean work environment and ensure workstations are organized. • Ability to stand for long hours, pick up 10-25 pounds frequently . • The position is 4-5 shifts per week but can go up to 40 hours a week based on the needs of the restaurant.
