About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports Account Representatives and customers by coordinating orders, providing timely updates, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring positive customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day customer needs while working closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely fulfillment.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to learn product offerings, internal procedures, and customer-specific requirements on the job.
• Previous customer service, order processing, sales support, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with order management systems or ERP software is a plus.
