About the role
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building advanced AI-powered infrastructure and products for enterprise customers. We are seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer to own some of the company's most technically complex customer deployments and help define how the organization approaches forward deployment at scale.
What you'll bring
- Languages: Fluent English required
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong programming experience in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience building and deploying production software.
- Strong systems, API, integration, and debugging skills.
- Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and ability to independently drive projects.
- Experience with AI/ML systems or infrastructure.
- Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure experience.
- Experience at a startup or scale-up.
