About the role
As a Treasury Consultant, you will serve as a senior sales advisor responsible for managing a portfolio of public sector clients and prospects, driving revenue growth, and delivering comprehensive treasury solutions. This role requires strategic relationship management, consultative selling, and collaboration across internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience. Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions for new and existing clients while ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitors implementation activities to ensure alignment with timelines. Provides tailored treasury management solutions and optimizes sales processes through continuous process improvements to enhance client experiences and business outcomes. Manages sales processes, client engagement and outcomes.

- 8+ years of experience in treasury management sales within banking or fintech

- Deep knowledge of treasury products, payment systems, and cash management strategies.
