About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide in home nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
What you'll bring
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently.
