About the role

We are seeking a Transportation Supervisor to provide strategic and operational leadership over the wheelchair transportation department to ensure the safe, efficient, and dignified transport of all PACE participants. This role is responsible for overseeing daily routing operations, supervising departmental staff, managing safety and compliance initiatives, and supporting exceptional participant experience. The Transportation Supervisor provides direct leadership to on-site drivers while partnering with scheduling, dispatch, and center-based departments to support data accuracy, operational readiness, and high-quality service delivery. The Transportation Supervisor demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to work with the elderly population and ensure transportation services align with organizational standards, PACE regulations, and contractual requirements.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma required
• Valid state driver's license or commercial driver's license.
• Ability to learn and utilize dispatching and transportation software systems including:
• OCS (One Care Solutions)
• MS Teams
• Payroll/HR systems (such as Rippling)
• Internal communication platforms
• Knowledge & Experience
• Experience in Senior Care or related human services industry.
• One-year experience with the elderly required
• Extensive knowledge of surrounding areas streets, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
