About the role
We seek an experienced Full-time Resilience Officer, Supervisor, with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here at Surefox. You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of Program Management for our top clients. Supervisors are appointed to their roles based upon their ability to uphold the standard expected of them and are proficient and knowledgeable of their post orders, policies, company expectations, and additional duties. Additionally, they have demonstrated an ability to lead their teams, take the initiative, meet any additional tasks and responsibilities given to them by their supervisors, and display strong time management skills. You will perform all duties in accordance with both company and client policies and procedures, as well as all state & federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to emergency events, addressing medical & non-medical issues, solving staffing deficiencies, and handling client requests in a timely manner. Under certain circumstances, a Resilience Officer, Supervisor, will be expected to initiate preliminary investigations by writing incident reports on all internal client and company issues. We are looking for someone who has exceptional observation skills and values attention to detail. What you'll bring
- Must be eligible for employment within the United States
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
- Must possess a current and valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
- Must have a current guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card
- Adult and pediatric CPR, AED and First Aid Training
- Must have a high school degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels effectively and from various backgrounds
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
