About the role
The People & Culture Generalist will support our direct-to-consumer channels including retail brand stores and mobile marketing teams. This role serves as a key partner by advising employees and leaders People & Culture (“P&C”) strategies, policies, practices, and procedures to assist with effective business operations across a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The People & Culture Generalist will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive culture, while ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-first practices across multiple locations and mobile operations.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, labor laws, and workers&rsquo
- Experience working within an HCM system such as Dayforce, ADP, or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Periodic travel to offsite locations
- Experience supporting multi-location or mobile workforce environments preferred
- preferably supporting retail or field-based teams
