About the role
The Advisory Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Business Transformation Senior Manager who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This is the level where AI advisory becomes a core component of how you shape and deliver client solutions. You help executive leaders define where AI can create meaningful business value, where investment is not warranted, what risks must be managed, and what organizational capabilities are required to enable adoption. Anders' sprint-based delivery methodology—Diagnostic in Week 1, Sprint 1 in Weeks 2–4, Sprint 2 in Weeks 5–8—means you will lead rapid diagnostics, prioritize high-value opportunities, and guide teams in delivering measurable transformation outcomes. You lead complex, high-impact client engagements and earn trusted advisor status with senior client leaders.
What you'll bring
- 10–15 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, process improvement, strategy, project management, finance transformation, operations, technology, analytics, or advisory leadership.
- Proven experience leading complex client engagements, enterprise transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs with significant executive visibility and organizational impact.
- Demonstrated ability to shape client strategy, develop business cases, manage engagement economics, and deliver measurable performance improvements.
- Experience leading transformation efforts involving process improvement, operating model design, change management, AI-enabled improvement, automation, analytics, or technology implementation.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate complex decisions, and communicate recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Advanced coaching and quality review capability with a commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities that create additional client value.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field required.
- The stated pay scale reflects the range that Anders reasonably expects to pay for this position.
- The actual pay rate for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
- Professional services or consulting experience strongly preferred.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Prosci, CPA, CMA, MBA, analytics, automation, or AI-related credentials and methodologies preferred—especially experience applying TOC to identify system constraints, increase throughput, and drive enterprise-level performance improvement.
- MBA or Master’s in Technology preferred.
