About the role

The Executive Operations team supports senior technical leadership, including the Office of the Chief of Staff and the Chief Nuclear Officer / Chief Technology Officer. The team focuses on technical analysis, strategic research, program coordination, and executive decision support in a fast-moving advanced nuclear environment. The Executive Technical Analyst serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Nuclear Officer / Chief Technology Officer, providing a unique combination of technical analysis, strategic research, project coordination, and executive support. The primary objective is to maximize the effectiveness of the CNO/CTO by ensuring that the right information, analysis, people, and priorities are brought together at the right time to enable high-quality technical and strategic decisions. This is a high-impact analytical position for someone with strong intellectual curiosity, excellent judgment, and exceptional organizational skills who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, engineering, technical project management, strategy, or a similarly analytical role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Experience in management or engineering consulting.
• Nuclear, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, or advanced technology experience.
• Experience working with executive leadership.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, project controls, or regulatory environments.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and productivity.
